Loved by the whole family
As a family we have enjoyed the full range of the Ahara cereals given the quality, taste and goodness of the ingredients. My personal favourite is the Power Muesli packed with nutrients and that amazing aroma of vanilla and cinnamon. For those days when one requires a little more decadence, my husband really recommends the Power Cacao & Hazelnut Muesli. Meanwhile my daughter has really enjoyed the granola as a crunchy dessert with yogurt. It is rare to find such delicious and healthy cereals that have no added sugar. What can we say? “You are what you eat!”

Nice balance to start the day
I’ve really enjoyed the muesli with hemp milk. It’s very light. Nice balance to start the day, with fibre, protein and just the right amount of sweetness to help resist the pastries! I enjoy the textures, not overly crunchy or chewy. Will be ordering more soon!

Healthy, affordable & delicious
I am a big fan of Ahara life’s plant based museli . I have been buying the packets for a few months now and they are truly delicious. My daughter - Anushka who is 4 years old is a huge fan! Generally a fussy eater , she has no problems in gobbling down the museli most days for breakfast. She truly enjoys it. Such a great product- healthy, affordable and delicious !
